The Rockville City Council debated how to respond after the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) refused to reduce scope on an Agate Beach culvert repair. Cody (S11) told the council the DNR’s design was roughly $800,000 and that the DNR would cover about 25%, leaving the city responsible for the remaining share unless FEMA or other funding intervened. "We're still kind of being left in the dark, from FEMA on that," Cody said.
