Forest Acres council clears multiple first‑reading ordinances, approves procurement changes on second reading

At its March 10 meeting the Forest Acres City Council approved multiple first readings — including annexations at Satchel Ford and Lakeshore, a prohibition on smoke/vape shops in Covenant Crossing, and a temporary goat‑grazing permit — and adopted procurement procedure revisions on second reading.
