- Software and email: Motion by Coldren, seconded by O'Rourke, not to engage VC3 (carried 7-0). The board also directed (motion by Coldren, seconded by Wallman) staff to contact a vendor (Josh) for pricing clarification and have the clerk work with President Wilde to purchase Microsoft Office and obtain a .gov email for Public Works; carried 7-0.
- Garbage/large-item pricing: Motion by Short, seconded by Coldren, to increase large-item prices to $10 and keep mattress disposal at $50; carried 7-0.
- Spring cleanup: Motion by Coldren, seconded by Short, to tentatively schedule Spring Cleanup for April 25; carried 7-0.
- Martin Warehouse bill-credit request: Motion by Coldren, seconded by Short, to deny Martin Warehouse's request for a bill credit because the Public Service Commission does not allow such adjustments; carried 7-0.
All motions above were adopted unanimously; the meeting concluded with an adjournment motion by Thompson, seconded by Coldren at 9:22 p.m. The minutes were later approved Feb. 9, 2026.
