Rolla planning commission unanimously backs annexation, R‑3 zoning for Audubon Ridge
On Oct. 14, 2025, the Rolla Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7–0 to recommend the City Council approve a voluntary annexation and R‑3 multifamily zoning for the 23‑acre Audubon Ridge development; developer representatives said the site will include 44 lots with up to four units each and immediate infrastructure work.

The Rolla Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the Rolla City Council approve the voluntary annexation of property in Section 35, Township 38 North, Range 8 West and assign R‑3 (Multifamily Residential) zoning to the Audubon Ridge development.
