Silver Spring Township board approves fence variance for Springdale Court homeowners
The Zoning Hearing Board unanimously approved a variance allowing a fence that extends into the front portion of a corner lot at 20 Springdale Court after the applicants and township staff said neighbors and the HOA had no objections.
