Committee notes split recommendations on military-leave benefits article

The Finance Committee reviewed Article 16, which would accept Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 33, Section 59 to provide military leave protections for public employees, addressing compensation, seniority and leave protections for those engaged in military service.
