Roberts board approves several extra‑territorial CSMs, postpones others

The Roberts Village Board handled multiple land‑use items in one agenda block. Tim Johnson moved to postpone a two‑lot certified survey map (CSM) for Crane 1 Holdings, LLC back to the Plan Commission; the motion carried. The Board approved an extra‑territorial two‑lot CSM for Shane & Julie Madaris (948 65th Avenue) for land in Section 31, Town of Warren, with Johnson recorded as opposing that approval. The Board also approved Glenridge Properties’ extra‑territorial Lot 5 on 67th Avenue and postponed Glenridge Lot 4 until the survey map can be obtained.
