Pine Ridge council approves stormwater, tightens subdivision access and requires traffic studies
At its Jan. 13 meeting the Pine Ridge Town Council adopted the Lexington County stormwater ordinance, lowered the subdivision two-access threshold from 200 to 90 lots and approved a requirement for traffic impact studies on projects generating 100 or more peak-hour trips.
