Snowville planners push general plan, council backs master-plan grant; water analysis supports proposed RV park
Planning commissioners set a timeline for a general plan, council authorized applying for a master-plan grant, and town engineers reported the existing water system can support a 20-site (and potentially up to 39-site) RV park with a two-inch service line; annexation, ordinance changes and a formal site plan were required before approvals.
