At 6:49 p.m. on Dec. 9, Amy Lewis moved and Poul Heilmann seconded a motion to enter non‑public session under RSA 91‑A:3, II(c); the board voted by roll call with Amy, Poul and Steve voting aye. Tamara and Jill Hastings were excused from that non‑public session. The board recessed the non‑public session at 7:50 p.m. by motion of Amy Lewis, seconded by Poul Heilmann, with the board voting aye.
