The Springfield Selectboard voted Oct. 15 to appoint Jeff Haley as Emergency Management Director. Selectman Steve Dzubak moved to appoint Haley, the motion was seconded by Vice Chair Amy Lewis, and both voted in favor. The appointment was recorded as approved; no opposing votes or abstentions were noted.
