Shell Lake council approves community permits, accepts donated art and handles routine business

At its July 14 meeting the council approved vouchers, event permits and a transfer of 2021 entitlement, accepted donated artwork for Memorial Park (estimated placement cost $1,200) to be reviewed by the Plan Commission, and the mayor announced upcoming events; Council member Stephen Smith apologized for prior rude behavior.
