The board approved a slate of personnel and contract items during its regular meeting. Among the formal actions, members accepted the resignation of Scott Pittman as treasurer effective Aug. 1, 2025, and recorded the retirement of Dr. Joe Clark as superintendent effective June 1, 2025. The board also voted to recess into an executive session to discuss employment and compensation.
