The Town of Spring Brook Town Board unanimously approved a joint agreement with Muddy Creek Solar, LLC and Dunn County that authorizes construction and operation of a photovoltaic electrical-generating facility. Supervisors Mike Hase and Jerry Hotchkiss moved to approve Resolution #2025-04, and the resolution passed by roll call vote at the July 14, 2025 regular meeting.
