At 8:07 p.m. Trustee Deb Miller moved that the Village of Spring Green Board of Trustees convene into closed session under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of public employees. Trustee Damian Barta seconded. The roll call vote was six ayes, zero nays, with one vacant trustee seat; the motion carried.
