Greg Droessler of Town & Country Engineering, Inc. reviewed the Village of Spring Green wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) facilities plan and told the board the next step is submission to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The board agreed by consensus to proceed with the submittal; the board did not take a formal vote.
