The Land Use / UW-Extension Committee approved a land division filed by Albert Simpson on behalf of Quantum LLC to create one lot in the Town of Elk, and approved a final plat (Red Pine Subdivision) filed by Albert Simpson on behalf of the Town of Worcester; both motions carried.
