Hidden Ridge modification approved with negative declaration and subject to town engineer review

Joel Kohn, the project representative, told the Board that review comments for the Hidden Ridge community building and pool have been addressed and that a drainage-response letter was submitted. Kohn also said the HOA is working on purchasing the community water company after the development’s water system went dry last season and required tanker deliveries.
