The board approved a one‑year extension of a fee-waiver incentive (capped at $50,000 per project) for developments that win Low Income Housing Tax Credits and also passed a resolution supporting Cedar Ridge East Phase 2, a 48‑unit project that developers say will reserve most units at 60% of area median income.
