The Village of Warrens Board of Trustees moved into closed session at 6:36 p.m. on Dec. 15 under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) to consider employee performance evaluations and related handbook provisions regarding wages and compensation. The motion to convene in closed session is recorded as moved by T. Swope and seconded by J. Le Mere; a roll-call vote to enter closed session was recorded 7-0.
