The Village of Warrens Board of Trustees voted unanimously Dec. 15 to adopt a revised employee handbook, effective Jan. 1, 2026, adding the phrase “upon notice of resignation” to relevant language; the handbook and related wage sections were also discussed in closed session under state statute.
