River Ridge CDD approves gatehouse redesign with RG Architects and master signage program
The board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects as a subconsultant for redesign of two gatehouses (a $62,500 upfront design booking anticipated) and approved Bowman Consulting Group for Pelican Sound master signage work. Work is slated to begin once financing is issued and design/permitting could take 12–18 months.
