The board approved a motion granting the Timeless Telecom Foundation authority to propose memorial language and insignia for the veterans and first responders monument area, subject to final POA approval. Dave Whelan, representing Timeless Telecom, explained the foundation’s historic role controlling language for plaques and pavers and requested the board formalize that practice for the veterans monument area.
