Appling County outlines expanded road projects and TIA budget revision as LMIG paving planned
In August the county recognized Roberts Civil Engineering as Engineer of Record, issued notices to proceed for 2023 LMIG paving (bid $2,123,077.37) and revised the TIA budget from $2.72M to $3.098M (additional funds $377,225); county staff listed priority projects and available funding sources including ARPA and 2018 SPLOST overages.
