Spring Green commission reviews conditional use request for vehicle sales at Sunrise Drive property

Applicant John Houck told the Spring Green Plan Commission he intends to store collector cars and ‘‘occasionally’’ sell a vehicle from Lot 15 Sunrise Drive; a neighbor warned a permit could enable used-car sales if the property is later sold. No formal action on the permit was recorded at the meeting.
