Following a closed-session discussion held under the litigation exemption, the Village of Spring Green Board of Trustees authorized the village attorney to proceed as discussed regarding dilapidated structures at 433 W Madison St and consideration of issuing an order under Wis. Stat. § 66.0413. Trustee David Saperstein moved the motion, Trustee Jeannie McCarville seconded, and the board approved the action by voice vote.
