Spring Brook schedules public hearing on boundary change for Emerald Ridge Game Farm

The Spring Brook Town Board agreed March 9 to schedule a public hearing for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Spring Brook Town Hall to consider a proposed boundary change request submitted by BRUMITE, LLC, doing business as Emerald Ridge Game Farm. Chair John Schaefer said the town will follow the statutory requirement that both affected towns hold hearings with a minimum of 20 days’ prior notice.
