County asks for engineering, valuation before approving Newton Subdivision DA
Valley County commissioners reviewed a development agreement for the Newton Subdivision (Pearson Lane) and asked the applicant for clearer right-of-way valuation, alignment details and engineering to reconcile whether 70-foot or 100-foot rights-of-way apply. Road staff asked to meet with the applicant before final approval.
