"Your county license will run concurrent with your rabies vaccine," Lieutenant Heffler said when asked about two‑ and three‑year licensing options.
Supervisors pressed staff for implementation details before changing the license schedule; several asked the treasurer’s office to come back with options for multiyear licensing and online or non‑treasurer sales points. The board approved the amendments by voice vote after a brief public hearing with no speakers on that item.
