Planning commission backs allowing bus-dispatch facilities with conditional-use permits
The Jurupa Valley Planning Commission unanimously recommended city council adopt a zoning code amendment to allow "bus dispatch facilities" in the MSC zone with a required conditional-use permit, adding development standards on fencing, screening, landscaping and minor on-site maintenance.

The Jurupa Valley Planning Commission voted 4–0 to recommend that the City Council adopt a zoning code amendment (MA25123 / ZCA25006) to allow "bus dispatch facilities" in the MSC zone with an approved conditional-use permit.
