Gage County Board of Equalization lowers Fanders parcel valuation, approves changes to 30 parcels
At its July 6 meeting the Gage County Board of Equalization accepted a referee recommendation to lower the assessed value of parcel #009541000 (owner: Gary Fanders) to $158,390 and approved valuation changes for 30 parcels; a separate no-change list was also approved. The board voted unanimously on the motions.
