Paramus commission flags borough inaction on state stormwater plan

Steven Campbell said the plan “has not been introduced or adopted yet” and flagged concern about compliance with the State of New Jersey requirement. Chair W.R. Comery asked whether a council resolution or ordinance had been passed; Campbell said the commission had received no information on the status. Commissioner F. Rizzo stated it is the governing body’s responsibility to address the plan, and Comery agreed the commission should not overstep its authority.
