Paramus commission flags borough inaction on state stormwater plan

Paramus Shade Tree & Parks Commission Chair W.R. Comery and Superintendent Steven Campbell said the borough has not yet acted on the New Jersey storm water management plan, a state-mandated requirement, and the commission should avoid unilateral steps until the mayor and council address the matter.
