Palmyra council adopts tree and sewer code amendments on second reading
On Oct. 21, 2024, Palmyra’s council approved Ordinance 2024-17 (Chapter 259, "Trees") and Ordinance 2024-18 (Chapter 215, "Sewer") on second reading after brief public hearings with no public comment; newly sworn councilwoman Ladonna De’Souza abstained from both votes.
