Senator Campbell introduced a resolution recognizing Abby, a Ravenwood student and young entrepreneur who developed a key-chain style drink-testing device called 'Spikey.' The senator said Abby began the project after a family member was assaulted and worked with pharmaceutical experts to design a youth-friendly, customizable device that detects common drugs in roughly 15 seconds.
