The River Ridge CDD approved AV‑Tech LLC estimates 24150 and 24151 on Nov. 19, 2024, to install three permanent and one mobile 15‑inch solar-powered digital speed signs with cameras and messaging, and associated cloud devices at $1,500 per device per year. Mr. Willis presented the long-term plan and associated costs; Mr. Long recommended adding a mobile unit. The board voted unanimously on a motion by Bob Schultz, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, to authorize the purchase and installation for a combined total of $105,000.
