Zoning Coordinator and Health Officer Tim Bray briefed the Board on several short-term rental (STR) and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) matters. He said the administration is completing a revised STR conditional-use permit (CUP) checklist and will place applicants such as David Saggese, Jose Ossa Concha, Andre Keplar, Anthony Pavati and Bernard and Katrina Cahill on upcoming Planning Board agendas as they complete site-plan and CUP materials.
