Presenter also reported an on‑site audit has concluded and that auditors requested additional documents; staff expect a report in mid to late October. The board endorsed continued follow‑up on billing and warranty issues and the chair moved several routine agenda items to approval during the meeting.
The board discussed community engagement opportunities tied to operations, including a district clean‑out day scheduled for Sept. 30 and a proposed memorial plaque and flagpole at the ball field for a recently deceased coach. The meeting closed with a motion approved to set the October board meeting date and a later motion to move into executive session.
