The Lompoc Planning Commission voted 5–0 on July 8, 2026, to grant a two-year extension for tentative parcel map TE2026-0002 at 315 East Chestnut Avenue, extending the approval to July 12, 2028; staff said the project merges 0.69 acres of nonconforming lots into two lots and is exempt from further CEQA review under section 15315.
