Hilbert board adopts Ordinance 11.05 on lead service line replacement
The Village Board on Aug. 12 approved Ordinance 11.05, a lead service line replacement ordinance recommended by the League of Municipalities that, according to staff, sets out which costs residents and the village must pay for lead line replacements.
