Secretary Dodie Amigh called the Blair Township Planning Commission to order on Sept. 9, 2024. The commission reviewed preliminary and final plans for a proposed Dollar General store at 16474 Dunnings Highway in Duncansville and recommended several waivers and a conditional approval.
