Representative for TD Vickers says 'Coffee Shop' property under new ownership, asks for quick development
A TD Vickers representative told the Early City Council the locally known Coffee Shop Properties are under new ownership and asked for a rapid development agreement; council members asked that future legal correspondence go through the city attorney for review.

T. Picknell, speaking for TD Vickers Properties, told the council the property known locally as the "Coffee Shop Properties" is now under the TD Vickers ownership and that the company has changed lawyers. He requested the town work toward an agreement to develop the property "quickly with no setbacks" and asked that the city stop contacting the company's prior counsel and direct any concerns to him while he remains in the area through November.
