Commission orders appraisal, directs sealed-bid process for county parcels
After receiving letters of interest in a 32-acre county parcel and an offer tied to an 8.33-acre Delville parcel, commissioners authorized a single appraisal for the Cowen Road parcel and directed staff to set a sealed-bid starting price based on the average of two appraisals for the Delville/9175 property.
