Staff opened a short hearing on a special-exception request for 588 Douglas Lane, saying the owners, Rudy Allen and Mitzi Lindsey, seek design and occupancy standards for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to be created from a proposed "pool barn." The staff presentation said the property is residentially zoned and contains 10.52 acres and that public-notice requirements were met.
