The Findlay Township Board of Supervisors voted to approve Resolution No. 2026‑08 to enter a cooperative agreement with Allegheny County for annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. Supervisor Thomas Gallant moved the motion and Supervisor Raymond Chappell seconded; the minutes record "3 Ayes" and the motion carried.
