Developer requests continuance for Benyon Apartments after Planning & Zoning Commission denial
Planning staff notified council that the applicant for the Benyon Apartments case (P264PZ) seeks to amend and resubmit plans after a 7-0 Planning & Zoning Commission recommendation to deny; staff proposed a work session on Aug. 3 and a council hearing on Aug. 18 but said the July 21 meeting will carry any motion to continue.

City planning staff notified the Apache Junction council on July 6 that the applicant for the Benyon Apartments project, case P264PZ, has requested a continuance so they can amend their plans following a Planning & Zoning Commission 7-0 recommendation to deny.
