The Village of Warrens Board of Trustees approved an operator (bartender) license for Michelle McKinney of Big Mo’s Pub & Grub for the 2026–2027 licensing year by a 4-0 vote. The approval was moved by Trustee T. Swope and seconded by Trustee P. Malinger; no conditions were recorded.
