Village steps aside as state reviews disputed structure at Stop 42
After residents raised concerns, the Village of Michiana council said it will "step down" while the State reviews a structure built at Stop 42; the property owner said she applied for permits with EGLE and the building department and the building inspector said the structure was permitted to a different address.
