Monument council: ADU code update passes; judge appointed; routine purchases and change orders approved
At the July 6 meeting the council adopted ADU code amendments to comply with state law, approved a judge appointment and several resolutions (police handgun purchase, asbestos demolition change order), and deferred one out‑of‑district water tap request pending further staff review.
