Council approves consent items including 3rd Eye subscription and $50,000 for Ruffner Mountain
As part of the consent agenda the council approved: (1) a cooperative‑maintenance agreement authorization with the Alabama Department of Transportation for I‑459 (Resolution 2026R138); (2) a $50,000 service agreement for Ruffner Mountain via Jefferson County Greenways Commission (2026R139); (3) a monitoring subscription from 3rd Eye not to exceed $357/month for Public Works vehicles (2026R140); and (4) a $600 discretionary allocation for a summer movie night (2026R143).
