The Village Board authorized abatement and spending for multiple nuisance properties, adopted Resolutions 2026-18 and 2026-19 declaring two properties nuisances, and rescinded prior declarations with Resolutions 2026-20 and 2026-21; all votes were unanimous.

The Village of Arnold Board of Trustees voted June 8 to authorize abatement work and related expenditures for several properties identified by the village’s nuisance officer. Edward Dunn of the West Central Nebraska Development District presented the nuisance program update and recommended the board proceed with abatement for a list of parcels identified by property identification (PID) numbers and street addresses.
